Transforming the silhouette of Sky City Shopping Center

The new façade system has been specially developed by Citiescape, for the occasion,. It is made up of modular, three-dimensional elements with a triangular shape, arranged in a definite rhythm of alternation. Facade panels “climb” from the plane of the existing facade, forming shapes that attract attention to themselves.

The dynamic LED lighting creates stunning lighting effects and makes the mall one of the most colorful places in the city. The concept of facade lighting, undertaken by Bronlight, including delivery, installation, commissioning and programming, leaves a lasting impression on visitors inside and outside the mall.

Facade lighting provides additional commercial opportunities as well as entertainment for visitors. It enlivens the mall from the moment visitors approach it from afar to the entrance and experience of its interior, to the bright and spectacular lighting of the bowling alley located in the mall.

The mall’s exterior façade is illuminated with dynamic Color Kinetics Vaya Flood MP luminaires, controlled by an iPlayer3 controller, providing the flexibility to create millions of different colors and dynamic lighting effects. The facade can be illuminated in special colors for events and holidays and can create spectacular light shows. Compared to conventional lighting, the new long-lasting LED system provides up to 60 percent energy savings and saves on operating and maintenance costs.
